GCCI, MSME Taskforce organized an Awareness Session on various Subsidies & Incentives available to MSMEs, held on 27th November, 2025.The Guest Speaker on the occasion was CA Shri Dinesh Shah, Founder Partner, Dinesh J. Shah & Associates.
Welcoming the participants, GCCI President Shri Sandeep Engineer congratulated GCCI MSME Taskforce for organizing this important seminar. He remarked that MSMEs shall be playing critical role in realizing “Viksit Bharat @ 2047” vision of Honorable Prime Minister. He remarked about MSMEs contribution towards employment generation, manufacturing, GDP and exports from the nation. He mentioned about GCCI’s commitment to provide support and guidance to MSMEs. He also mentioned about GCCI’s exclusive MSME Help Desk. He mentioned about Government’s various schemes like RAMP, CHAMPION etc. for the benefit of MSMEs. He also mentioned about Gujarat Government’s Aatmanirbhar Gujarat Scheme for MSMEs. He expressed gratitude to CA Shri Dineshbhai Shah for sparing his valuable time to address the seminar.

Giving the Theme Address GCCI MSME Taskforce Chairman Shri Shaileshbhai Patel mentioned about their commitment to organize a series of events to empower and facilitate MSMEs. He remarked that while these are excellent times for MSMEs, they also face challenges in terms of finance, technology, marketing, infrastructure etc. which need to be addressed. He remarked that the guidance and information being provided by Main Speaker CA Shri Dineshbhai Shah would prove useful to all participants. He remarked that the seminar will cover subsidies and incentives being provided by Central as well as Gujarat Government. The seminar would also cover regulations like UDYAM, GST, GPCB etc.

Speaking on the occasion, CA Shri Dinesh Shah covered aspects like Subsidy opportunities available for MSMEs, various Central Government Subsidy schemes, various Gujarat State Sector-specific incentives etc. He provided overview of Subsidy available under Aatmanirbhar Subsidy Scheme 2022. He mentioned about Gujarat Government’s policies that provide support to sectors like Textile, IT & ITES, Semiconductors & Chips, Bio-pharma & Biotechnology, Logistics, Electronics etc. He threw light on Central Government Subsidy Schemes like PLI Schemes, Electronic Policy, SAMPADA, Biomass Programme, PMEGP Scheme, PMFME Scheme and other major schemes. He guided participants to maximize incentives and scheme benefits. He also mentioned about ZED certification, Biomass Programme and Capital Subsidy. He gave detailed information about subsidy under Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) as well as Critical Mineral Recycling Incentive Scheme -2025. He also discussed about Revamped Pharmaceutical Technology Assistance Scheme (RPTUAS).

Shri T. K. Solanki, Assistant Director (GR-i) MSME Development & Facilitation Office, Ahmedabad also addressed the participants and mentioned about the commitment of State as well as Central Government in providing all possible assistance including subsidies and incentives to MSME units so as to ensure their rapid growth. He also gave information about various schemes in this regard.

The Panel discussion on the occasion was conducted by Shri Vinod Malaviya, Co. Chairman, MSME Taskforce. Shri T. K. Solanki from MSME Department, CA Shri Dinesh Shah, Founder Partner, Dinesh J. Shah & Associates, Shri Shailesh Patel, Chairman, GCCI MSME Taskforce participated in the discussion.
