On 1ST jULY GST Day , Gujarat Finance Minister Kanu Desai unveiled a new official Logo for Gujarat State Tax Department at Gandhinagar.The logo, comprised of blue and gold, symbolizes transparency, communication, taxation, and development, representing a push toward modern, citizen-centric digital governance.
Along with logo unveiling, Annual Report for the FY 2024–25 was released, highlighting the state’s achievements in revenue collection, reforms in tax policy, governance, improvements, and enhanced taxpayer services. At the unveiling ceremony, Desai emphasized the focus on trust-building, ease of compliance, technological reforms, and taxpayer-first service delivery.
