Meanwhile, the Israeli military stated that it launched a sudden and large-scale offensive, hitting numerous Hezbollah positions across Lebanon.
In a statement posted on X, the Israeli Defense Forces said, “Within just 10 minutes, we carried out the most extensive coordinated strike in Lebanon since the beginning of Operation Roaring Lion, targeting over 100 Hezbollah sites, including headquarters, military infrastructure, and command centers in Beirut, the Beqaa Valley, and southern Lebanon.”
