iWare Supplychain Services Limited Marks Successful NSE Listing; Sarathis Invited to Share Stage During Bell Ringing

Gandhinagar, May 6, 2025: iWare Supplychain Services Limited marked its listing on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) with a ceremony held at The Leela Hotel in Gandhinagar on Tuesday, May 6. The event was attended by representatives from NSE, the company’s leadership, investors, and members of its operational team.

The program began with the national anthem, followed by a welcome address from Managing Director Mr. Krishnakumar Tanwar. At 10:00 a.m., the ceremonial bell was rung by Mr. Tanwar, Ms. Twinkle Tanwar- CEO, Mr. Rajnish Gautam- Director, NSE official and other delegates from Intermediaries officially signifying the company’s entry into the public markets.

As a reflection of its values and appreciation for frontline workers, iWare invited one of its Sarathis (truck drivers) to join the leadership team on stage for the bell-ringing. This gesture acknowledged the essential role played by drivers in the logistics chain and the company’s growth. Sarathis present at the ceremony were also felicitated with mementos and recognition awards. According to publicly available records, this is among the first times a logistics company has included a driver in its IPO bell-ringing moment. The event was also attended by Mr. Shrikant Goyal, Director of GetFive, the lead manager to the IPO. Mr. Goyal is a seasoned finance professional with over 16 years of rich experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and strategic fund raising.

He was honoured by the company with mementos. CEO Ms. Twinkle Tanwar addressed the gathering, reflecting on the company’s journey and outlining the vision for its next phase. A short film showcasing iWare’s key milestones and achievements was also presented during the event. The ceremony concluded with a shared commitment by the leadership to uphold transparency, improve operational efficiency, and create long-term value for all stakeholders.
