Today in 800 acres land scam of Chotila, Additional collector Chandrakant Pandya among 3 more have been declared absconder including present Deputy Mamlatdar ZD Chahan , present Deputy Mamlatdar Jinabhai Vijaybhai Chauhan and GL Bhardi.
Gujarat Government has incurred loss of crores of rupees due to land scam in 800 acres by prime officers of land authorities including Collector, Deputy Mamlatdar and Incharge Mamlatdar.
ACB investigating officer stated that Based on arguments by public prosecutor Joshi 3 officers of land authorities have been declared as absconder.
Anticipatory bail of ZD Chauhan and Jinabhai Vijaybhai Chauhan was cancelled.
Arrest Warrant against all of them have been issued by the court.
