Ahmedabad: The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Gujarat is organising the NAREDCO Property Fest 2025 from December 19 to 21 near Vaishnodevi Circle on SP Ring Road. The three-day property exhibition will feature more than 500 properties spanning residential, commercial, industrial, weekend homes, and plotted developments in and around Ahmedabad, which was recently confirmed as the host city of the 2030 Commonwealth Games.

Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi will formally inaugurate the event on Friday. Gujarat’s Finance and Urban Development Minister Kanubhai Desai, Agriculture Minister Jitu Vaghani, Energy Minister Rushikesh Patel, and Ahmedabad Mayor Pratibha Jain will also be present on the occasion.
Speaking about the event, NK Patel, Chairman Emeritus of NAREDCO Gujarat, said, “Ahmedabad is witnessing robust growth driven by industrial investments, major infrastructure projects, and investor-friendly policies. The city’s selection as the host for the 2030 Commonwealth Games, along with its ambition to bid for the 2036 Summer Olympics, has further strengthened confidence in its long-term real estate potential. This property fest assumes added significance in this context.”
A key highlight of the three-day event will be the NAREDCO Gujarat Conclave 2025, to be held on Saturday, with Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel as the Chief Guest. Minister of State for Urban Development Darshna Vaghela, MLAs Harshad Patel and Amit Thaker, AMC Standing Committee Chairman Devang Dani, and AUDA Chief Executive Authority DP Desai, will be the guests of honour. The conclave will focus on emerging opportunities in real estate, infrastructure-led growth, and the future urban roadmap for Ahmedabad and Gujarat.
Suresh Patel, Chairman of NAREDCO Gujarat, and Honorary Secretary of NAREDCO National, said Ahmedabad was entering a new phase of real estate expansion. “Large-scale infrastructure developments such as metro expansion, expressways, GIFT City, Dholera SIR, and major sports infrastructure are transforming the city’s growth. This phase could unlock nearly Rs. 1 lakh crore in real estate opportunities across residential, hospitality, and commercial segments. The property fest is among the largest such platforms in the city and will play the role of a catalyst in realising this growth,” he said.
Several micro-markets in Ahmedabad have witnessed 80–100% price appreciation over the past decade, reinforcing the city’s appeal as an attractive real estate investment destination. Infrastructure and real estate developments undertaken for the 2030 Commonwealth Games are also expected to support sustained growth in Ahmedabad well beyond the event.
Yogesh Bhavsar, President of NAREDCO Gujarat, said, “With more than 500 properties, ranging from affordable homes to premium developments and multiple investment options, the property fest will cater to diverse buyer needs. We encourage homebuyers and investors to actively participate and benefit from the opportunities and offers available.”
The NAREDCO Property Fest 2025 will provide buyers and investors direct access to a wide range of verified real estate projects under one roof. Entry to the event is free, and visitors will be able to explore projects, interact with developers, and access exclusive offers during the exhibition hours from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm each day.
