North Indians are returning to their hometowns, Gujarat industries face loss of approx Rs 400 crores.
Today GCCI Gujarat Chamber of Commerce Industries representative briefed that due to return of North Indian workers, most industries are affected.
Many contractual labourers were to come for work, which are not coming now resulting in a loss.
Production has reduced by 40 % and exports have stopped, incurring a loss of crores of rupees.
