Surat: in rape and murder case of Pandesara; 2 arrested by Crime Branch
In connection with rape and muder at Pandesara 2 persons were arrested by Surat Crime Branch from Rajasthan. Victim girl was raped and murdered in Pandesara. Today morning, 2 persons Amarsinh and Harisinh were arrested from Gangapur of Rajasthan by Crime Branch. The ill fated girl had come with her mother for labour work.
Prime accused Harsh Gurjar was arrested by Crime Branch based on CCTV footage. They were traveling in a Hyundai Spark car to Rajasthan. Based on reflectence of its head light one experienced policeman could solve the case in 56 seconds.
Accused had called Mother and victi daughter for construction related work on 15th April.
Mother of victim girl is missing and claim of girl belonging to Andhra Pradesh is baseless. Crime Branch team has left Rajasthan along with 3 prime accused in the rape and murder case. Girl was raped and murdered in Pandesara only.
All accused belonged to Rajasthan only and work in construction line and work for tile fixing. Claim of accused from the family of victim girl is false.
It is believed that victim’s mother is also killed.
There is a large scale protest against acussed of rape and murder of labourer girl. Protestors demand capital punishment of accused and want them to be hanged for heinous crime.
