Today Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani presided over the first convocation ceremony of Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University at Junagadh. CM Rupani conferred gold medals & degree certificates to the students and while congratulating, urged them to fulfill their responsibility towards society & country. He gave occasional speech and motivated students.
