Walk to Give, Walk to Gain The 24th Annual TTEC Wellness Walk 2026 Set for March 8

Ahmedabad, March 5: The 24th Annual TTEC Wellness Walk is scheduled to be held in the city on March 8, 2026, coinciding with the 115th International Women’s Day (IWD). The iconic walk, which draws thousands of enthusiastic Amadvadis every year, aims to promote wellness while campaigning support for NGOs working toward meaningful social causes. Like earlier years, the venue for the walk will be the L.D. Engineering College Ground in Ahmedabad, and the event will begin at 6:45 a.m. Previously known as the Motif–TTEC Charity Walk, the Annual TTEC Wellness Walk has grown into one of the city’s most recognized CSR-led community initiatives, bringing together health, community participation, and social impact. What began as a fun activity in 2003 has evolved into a powerful movement for change.

Over the 23 walks held until 2025, the initiative has benefited 77 NGOs by raising over ₹12.42 crore (approximately $1.95 million). A total of 1,04,355 walkers have participated over the years, supported by 284 donors who have contributed generously to the cause. Funds raised through individual registrations and corporate sponsorships will support three NGOs:

1. Manav Parivar Trust (Nonghanvadar),

2. Shree Danev Foundation, and

3. Shwas Charitable Trust. Contributions are made directly to the beneficiary NGOs.

To further amplify the impact, TTEC (like earlier years) committed to match the total amount raised through individual registrations and distribute the equivalent contribution equally among the selected NGOs. Participants can register online via Townscript with a minimum registration fee of ₹300. Increased participation of women is expected this year as the event coincides with International Women’s Day — which marks 115 years of collective action, advocacy, and progress toward gender equality since its first celebration in 1911.

“It is an honour to announce the 24th Annual TTEC Wellness Walk — an initiative rooted in compassion, unity, and the belief that together we can create meaningful change. For over two decades, the collective commitment of our employees, clients, partners, and citizens has helped raise more than $1.95 million (₹12.42 crore) for 77 NGOs, transforming thousands of lives. The Wellness Walk is more than an event; it reflects who we are and what we stand for. It reminds us that true success is not measured by what we achieve alone, but by the lives we uplift along the way.

I invite families, friends, and the wider community to join us—walk with heart, walk with purpose, and walk for change. The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day is ‘Give to Gain.’ In the same spirit, our 24th Annual Wellness Walk is proudly women-led, celebrating leadership, compassion, and collective action. It encourages citizens to give back to society while gaining the invaluable benefits of good health through walking — one of the simplest yet most effective habits for well-being,” said Biju Pillai, Vice-President (Operations), TTEC India.
