Today in Jamnagar, 2000 Rajput community women set new world record by playing ‘Talwar Ras’. Thw World Record has been registered in Guinness Book of World Record.
Rajput women from 16 districts of Gujarat participated in the attempt of world record, at historical Bhuchar Mori ground near Dhrol. Rajput women did lot of practice to participate for this event and day.
It is a tribute to famous Bhuchar Mori battle by Rajputs. The Battle of Bhuchar Mori is also known as Battle of Dhrol, was fought between the army of Kathiawar led by Nawanagar State and the Mughal army at Bhuchar Mori plateau near Dhrol of Saurashtra.
