15 January 2026 AHMEDABAD, With Gujarat’s cities expanding rapidly and young minds increasingly shaping the future of urban India, the 20th GIHED Property Olympiad emerged as a powerful convergence of policy, industry leadership and youth engagement. Organised by CREDAI Ahmedabad–GIHED at the GMDC Ground, Ahmedabad, the three-day property expo placed special emphasis on the role of youth-driven ideas, innovation and inclusive planning in building sustainable urban ecosystems.

The Olympiad brought together developers, investors, policymakers, urban planners and young professionals, positioning real estate not merely as an industry, but as a catalyst for long-term urban transformation.
