Today in a fight against protecting against deadly Coronavirus effect, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi had appealed people of country to observe Janta Curfew (Self Isolation ) on 22nd March Sunday starting from 9 am till 9 pm.
Janta Curfew had very comprehensive effect with busy roads wearing deserted look and coming to grinding halt.
Effect of Janta Curfew was seen in metros and all other cities of India. People kept away from roaming around and remained at home by maintaining social distancing in public interest.
State administration and civic authorities arranged for sanitization at public places.

Gujarat deputy chief minister Nitin Patel held a press conference on Coronavirus. In Gujarat, 6092 patients quarantined, 253 samples were tested , 18 patients were positives, 381 patients are in government quarantined facility. New infected patients will not be allowed to go home. Gujarat government will declare name of 18 infected patients, so people who were in contact with them can get checked medically.
Out of total 18 cases of Gujarat, In Ahmedabad-7,Surat-3,Rajkot-1,Gandhinagar-3,Vadodara-3 and Kutch-1. As far as quarantined patients are concerned 650 quarantined from home in Ahmedabad, 223 quarantined from Gandinagar, 590 quarantined from Surat.
