Ahmedabad Police arrested 22 people under Narcotics and Gambling Act ahead of Rath Yatra

Ahead of 148th Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath Ahmedabad City Police arrested under Narcotics and Gambling Act – City police yesterday filed 22 cases under Narcotics and Gambling Act, arrested 23 persons, seized 53 liters of domestic liquor, 44 bottles of English liquor, 145 quarters of English liquor, 1 scooter and 1 auto rickshaw. City police yesterday detained 46 persons under BNSS 126,128,129,170 under precautionary measures. Also, detained 4 persons under Section 93 of Gujarat Prohibition Act, 1949 and 2 persons under PASA.
