Royal Vega’s exquisite Navratri Thali and Adalaj Pavilion’s all-night special menu bring alive the spirit of festivity with responsible luxury
Ahmedabad, September 18, 2025: ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Ahmedabad, is all set to ring in the festive season with Navratri Treasures, a curated celebration that pays homage to Gujarat’s most cherished festival. Navratri is not only a spiritual observance but also a cultural phenomenon, deeply woven into Ahmedabad and Gujarat’s social fabric, marked by devotion, community bonding and vibrant revelry. As part of the celebrations, Royal Vega, the hotel’s signature vegetarian restaurant, will serve an indulgent Navratri Thali; while Adalaj Pavilion, ITC Narmada’s signature round-the-clock diner, will elevate post-garba gatherings with its specially curated midnight menu. Together, these experiences promise to be unforgettable highlights of the season.

As part of the celebration, Royal Vega will present an elaborate Navratri Thali, available over lunch on Sundays and for dinner on all days throughout the nine nights. The Thali will feature an exquisite array of traditional delicacies namely Kesar Pista Badam Lassi (a saffron, pistachio and almond flavoured yoghurt drink), Shakarkandi Ki Chaat (a tangy and spiced sweet potato salad), Sabudana Vada (crispy fritters made of tapioca pearls and potato), Kachhe Kele ke Kebab (raw banana patties flavoured with traditional spices), Anar Ka Raita (a refreshing yoghurt dip with pomegranate seeds), Paneer Bhurji (scrambled cottage cheese with spices), Rajgira Ki Kadhi (a light curry made with amaranth flour and yoghurt), Samna ki Khichdi (a wholesome porridge made of barnyard millet), Rajgira Halwa (a sweet pudding made with amaranth flour and ghee), Makhane ki Kheer (a creamy pudding of fox nuts simmered in milk) and Kesar Pista Shrikhand (a chilled dessert of hung yoghurt flavoured with saffron and pistachio), among others.

To further enrich the festive experience for garba revellers, Adalaj Pavilion will present a specially curated late-night menu, available from 11pm to 5am between September 22 and October 1. Guests can choose from a delightful range of filling snacking favourites including sandwiches, Kathi wraps, footlongs, pastas, and an indulgent selection of desserts – crafted to offer the perfect blend of indulgence and nourishment.
