Gandhinagar, 28th February, 2026: Swarrnim Institute of Technology, in collaboration with the Training and Placement Cell of Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University, recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bosch Home Comfort India Limited(BOSCH). The strategic MoU was signed by the Training and Placement Department of the university with a view to strengthen industry-academia collaboration.
As part of the partnership, a batch of 50 diploma engineering students from Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Automobile Engineering streams will be able to pursue their internships from December to May every year, at Bosch. Each student will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 18,000.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Ranjit Kumar, Principal, SIT, and Ms. Anuja Gupta, General Manager – Training & Placement, on behalf of the University, and Mr. Rupesh Kotak, General Manager – HR, Bosch Home Comfort India Limited. The MoU was formalised as part of ‘Campus se Career – Swarrnim Job Fair 2026’, which was held at the university campus last week.
Over and above pursuing internships, students will also be able to get hands-on practical training, live project mentorship and also attend technical sessions and expert talks by Bosch professionals. Over and above this, both the institutions will also jointly conduct seminars, conferences and skill development programmes which will help the university build an industry-ready workforce.

Our collaboration with Bosch Home Comfort India Limited is one such initiative to enable students to gain practical exposure and insights.”
