Ahmedabad, 17 April 2026:Maxivision Super Speciality Eye Hospitals marked a significant milestone in its journey to become Gujarat’s largest corporate eye care hospital network with the integration of SRG Eye Hospital. With an existing presence across key cities including Rajkot, Surat, Jamnagar, and Morbi, this expansion in Ahmedabad reinforces Maxivision’s growing regional network. The integration brings with it SRG Eye Hospital’s strong clinical legacy, which has, till date, checked and treated more than 15 lakh patients and performed over 1.2 lakh surgeries, further strengthening the combined expertise of the network. Across the Maxivision group, the brand has, till date, treated over 60 lakh patients and successfully conducted more than 800,000 surgeries, underscoring its scale and commitment to quality eye care.
As part of this expansion, Maxivision launched a new comprehensive eye care facility in Ambawadi, Ahmedabad. The center is equipped with advanced infrastructure, experienced clinical teams, and technology-enabled treatment protocols to address the rising demand for specialized eye care in the city and nearby regions.
The group also introduced advanced technology for the first time in Ahmedabad with the launch of the most advanced version of the Catalys Precision Laser System. This most advanced software upgrade improves accuracy and automation in cataract surgery, ensuring better lens alignment, safer procedures and improved visual outcomes for patients, while bringing advanced treatment closer to patients’ homes.
