Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the flagship company of the Adani Group, delivered a strong performance in Q1 FY27.

Total income stood at Rs 33,546 Cr, up by 50% YoY. The company reported its highest-ever quarterly EBITDA of Rs 5,642 Cr, up by 49% YoY. Profit Before Tax now stands at Rs 1,295 Cr (excluding OFAC* settlement of Rs 2,644 Cr).

Adani Airports EBITDA increased by 49% YoY to Rs 1,633 Cr.

With capacity ramp up, the Copper business adds EBITDA of Rs 749 Cr for the quarter.

Adani New Industries commissions a new 1.7 GW module line in June ‘26, expanding the Adani Solar module line capacity to 5.7 GW. The Data Centre business signs up for a new hyperscale order of 400 MW.

Further strengthening its infrastructure portfolio, Navi Mumbai International Airport started international operations w.e.f. July 15, 2026. Toll collections commenced at the Ganga Expressway project from May 15, 2026.

The current quarter results reflect the strength of AEL’s diverse portfolio of established and incubating businesses, providing both stability and growth.
