Vadnagar, Gujarat: The Gujarat Government has announced the second week of its four-week reel competition under the Shravanotsav celebrations, inviting citizens to showcase the spiritual and cultural grandeur of Vadnagar through creative short videos. The initiative is being organised in collaboration with the MyGov platform to promote public participation and celebrate Gujarat’s rich heritage.
The second week’s theme, which begins today, is “Shravanotsav @ Vadnagar.” Participants are encouraged to capture the vibrant festivities, devotional atmosphere, artistic traditions, and the spiritual significance of the town, revered as the sacred land of Shri Hatkeshwar Mahadev.
The government has invited devotees, content creators, and photography enthusiasts to create engaging reels that bring alive the unique blend of Shiva devotion and artistic expression witnessed during the festival. Attractive cash prizes will be awarded to the best entries as part of the competition.
The four-week campaign aims to boost digital engagement while highlighting Vadnagar’s cultural, spiritual, and tourism significance, encouraging wider public participation in the grand Shravanotsav celebrations.
