Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel began his US visit with a meeting and interaction with members of the Gujarati community in San Francisco.
During the interaction, the Chief Minister highlighted the economic, cultural and social development achieved under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and shared the Prime Minister’s vision of a ‘Viksit Bharat’.
CM Patel also presented Gujarat’s remarkable global development journey and expressed his commitment to taking the lead in realizing the Prime Minister’s ‘Viksit Bharat-2047’ vision through the goal of ‘Viksit Gujarat-2047’.
Gujarati community leaders in San Francisco appreciated the continued development journey initiated under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and expressed satisfaction with the momentum Gujarat has gained under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel.
The Chief Minister praised the significant contribution of Gujarati communities, particularly those in Silicon Valley, to emerging sectors such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence (AI) and innovation. He called for greater collaboration with the global Gujarati community in areas including investment, cooperation, knowledge and opportunities, with the aim of building a stronger and more prosperous Gujarat through a robust innovation ecosystem.
CM Patel expressed confidence that Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2027 would serve as an important platform for positioning Gujarat as a global hub for new-age sectors, including semiconductors, AI, data centres and biotechnology.
He invited members of the Gujarati community as well as industry and business leaders from San Francisco to participate in Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2027 and contribute to Gujarat’s development journey.
