Ahmedabad: Kinjal Rabari appeared before the Gujarat High Court through video conferencing during the hearing of the abduction complaint filed against her and Ashok Chaudhary.
During the hearing, Kinjal Rabari stated that she was not abducted and that she had gone with Ashok Chaudhary voluntarily.
The Gujarat High Court subsequently granted a stay on the abduction complaint, providing interim relief in the matter. Ashok Chaudhary was also present before the court in connection with the case.
The matter will continue to be heard by the court, with further proceedings expected in the case.
