Account Holders panicked with branch hacked in Vadodara

Today in Vadodara, Accounts of BOB Bank of Baroda, O P Road branch were hacked. Amounts were debited from many accounts at the midnight. On knowing about the fact on Sunday morning, Account Holders gathered in front of bank and made ruckus.

Account Holders got messages on their mobile of account being debit ted. Account holders of Mandvi Branch also approached Bank Officials.
However, bank officials rushed at the site.

Account Holder’s Mandvi found their accounts to be okay.

Bank Officials of BOB said that bank account is not hacked but our Server is under upgrade. The amount debitted from Account Holder’s Account will be remitted back in 24 hours.

 

For their protection, Bank officials given police security.
