Today in Ahmedabad, Gujarat High Court has given relief to BJP MP Naran Kachhadia, Amreli for Rs 10,000 bail bond but refused to reject the conviction. Kachhadia’s conviction for 3 years jail term has not been rejected by high court. Kachhadia was booked for assaulting a doctor of civil hospital on January 1, 2013. Judge D R Bhatt also imposed a fine of Rs 35,000 on him.Kachhadia might face disqualification under The Representation of The People Act as per the July 2013 judgement of the Supreme Court.
