BJP MLA Nalin Kotadiya’s anticipatory bail plea was rejected by Ahmedabad Sessions Court. Kotadiya was booked in Vastrapur police station for demanding extortion money from builder Madhu Vasani. CCTV footage confirmed Kotadiya beated builder. Ahmedabad Crime Branch is investigating the case. After police complaint Kotadiya had applied for anticipatory bail.
