Today Sessions Court of Ahmedabad,rejected petition of Metro Rail accused Sanjay Gupta demanding interest on bond amount of Rs 1 crore.
Sanjay Gupta was granted bail by Gujarat High Court on a bond of Rs 1 crore in connection with Metro Rail multicrore scam.
Bail bond to be executed in a month’s time. Rs 50 lakhs to be sumitted in first 2 weeks and rest Rs 50 lakhs in another 2 week’s time. Gupta is directed to cooperate in investigation and will have to appear at police station on every Monday.
