AMC team collects sample of Undhiyu and Jalebi before Uttarayan

In Ahmedabad, just a day before Uttarayan Health Team of AMC Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has collected samples of Undhiyu and Jalebi at 4 to 5 places.

AMC team collected samples from Gwalia Sweets at Mansi Circle, Laxmi Ganthiya at Nehrunagar, Chetna Farsan on Gurukul road and a few more places to check on the quality of farsan and sweet prepared for sale during Uttarayan.

During Uttarayan, lot of mixing is done in eatbles by sweet and farshan shop owners.

In Gujarat, it is a trend to consume Undhiyu and Jalebi from Sweet and Farshan Shop.

AMC team collects food samples but its report comes after 15 days, till then the festival gets over.
