Today, The Bajrang Dal made protests against the Aamir Khan oriented PK movie in Ahmedabad due to Censor board refused to take any action against the film. Censorboard Chairperson stated that the board will not remove any scenes from the film as it has been released. PK, which released on December 19th found itself in controversy after religious outfits demanding its ban in order to ensure communal harmony.
At least 20 members of the right-wing organisation, led by city unit chief Jwalit Mehta, targeted City Gold and Shiv theatres on Ashram Road in Ahmedabad and smashed ticket windows and tore off posters of the film, PTI reported.
