Today Gujarat chief minister Bhupendra Patel reviewed representations of applicants at State Level Welcome Online Program in Gandhinagar. CM Patel gave necessary instructions to the officials for proper solution of the representations.
On the occasion, CM Patel launched District Online Grievance Application System for Swagat Grievance Redressal Programme. With the initiative of Good Governance, by launch of this district level system, citizens now will be able to submit make their representations Online from their Home making use of Information Technology instead of contacting the office face-to-face.
