Gujarat BJP legislative party leader Bhupendra Patel will take oath as new Gujarat CM today at Raj Bhavan in Gandhinagar at 2:30 PM. He was invited by Gujarat governor to take oath in afternoon.

Bhupendrabhai will be sworn in as the Chief Minister and oath wil be administered Gujarat by Gujarat Governor Devvrat Acharya.
Swearing-in ceremony will be held in presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Gujarat Bharatiya Janata Party President CR Patil and Chief Ministers of Goa, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka.

Bhupendrabhai visited Vijay Rupani, Nitin Patel at their residence.
New CM sought blessings at SGVP Gurukul in Chharodi, Jagannath temple, from religious saints like Mahant Dilipdasji. He visited Trimandir in Adalaj. Bhupendrabhai sought blessings before taking oath and taking charge of Gujarat government as chief minister.
He also did plantation and worship cow before oath ceremony.
Family of Bhupendrabhai is very happy with his appointment as chief minister.
