Gujarat state experiences change in its weather after drop in minimum temperatures across Gujarat have risen. Many cities recording departures well above normal levels. According to IMD Ahmedabad measurded a minimum temperature of 17.6°C, which is 4.6°C above normal, while Baroda and Surat also reported considerable increase of 4.0°C and 3.1°C, respectively. Rajkot city remained the coldest among the largest cities in the state, recorded 13°C. The city had been witnessing cold weather for days, with temperatures around 9°C. Only one town recorded a temperature below 10°C last night — Naliya in Kutch district, at 7.2°C, which is 3.3°C below normal. In coastal Gujarat including Daman and Okha, experienced milder conditions with minimum temperatures at 19.0°C and 19.2°C, slightly above normal levels. Maximum temperatures remain near normal across the state. No rainfall has been recorded.However IMD forecast predicted rain in some parts of Gujarat next week.
