Yet another cold spell in the capital city of Delhi. Today morning, Delhi remained cold and foggy morning in the national capital with low visibility disrupting trains operations. The minimum temperature remained a notch above normal at 10 degrees Celsius, icy winds left Delhites shivering. As moderate fog was witnessed in the city in the wee hours, as many as 24 north-bound trains were delayed.
Around 8:30 am, visibility remained at 400 meters at Safdarjung observatory while at Palam it plunged to less than 50 meters.
