Today, Gujarat Congress has blamed on poor financial standing of government and inability to pay Rs 1,250 crores of bill on last day during the year 2015-16. Under Sujalam Sufalam project government was unable to pay Rs 62 crores. Total debt of Gujarat rose to Rs 1,80,000 and per capita debt of Rs 40,000, as per sources.
