From today Gujarat Assembly’s Budget Session starts.Protest by opposition is likely. Congress MLAs will start at 11:00 am under leadership of opposition leader Shankersinh Vaghela in which strategy will be worked out. BJP will also hold MLAs meeting at 10:00 am. Assembly Session will start at 12:00 am with address from Governor OP Kohli. In the assembly sessioin first condolence message will be read out. After condolence message session will adjourn for the day.
Congress started aggressive demonstration during Governor’s address demanding resignation of Gujarat CM Anandiben Patel.
They protested using banners “Patidaro Jail Ma, Bhagidaro Mahe Ma” and rushed upto the well of the house in protest of praising of government’s schemes. Governor Kohli had to stop his speech. Other issues of Patidar reservation, law and order and farmer likely be protested by opposition.
