Purchase of peanuts at support price has been stopped for 3 days. The decision was taken following the non-seasonal rains in the state. Peanuts will not be procured in the state for three days from today. Peanuts will not be purchased on December 10, 11 and 12. An important decision has been taken because of the rains. Due to unseasonal rains mainly Rabi crop including cotton, maize, wheat and paddy have been severely damaged. At the same time, cumin, chickpeas, onions and potatoes have been severely damaged.
