Bihar bypolls peaceful; 22.86 percent voting till noon

News by Darshana Jamindar Today, Bihar state has undergone to bypolls in 10 assembly constituencies in  on a peaceful way as per officials. Voters were seen queuing up to exercise their franchise in most of the constituencies after 7 a.m., officials said. Till 12 pm, 22.86  per cent voters have exercised their voting power.
