Gujarat CM calls 3 day long Chintan Shibir a success with stakeholders

Today on a concluding day, Gujarat Chief  Minister Anandiben Patel while summing up 3 day long Chintan Shibr in Gandhinagar, said that it was a very gratifying to be a part of 3 day Chintan Shibir packed with fruitful deliberations,experience-sharing & brainstorming with ‘Team Gujarat’. This year’s Chintan Shibir saw first-time participation of stakeholders from society like farmers, leaders from Panchayats, ULBs and Cooperatives. Pertinent inputs from representatives of those who will be impacted by the output of Chintan Shibir, made the exercise even more meaningful. These three days gave an opportunity to ministers and bureaucrats to closely interact with each other, share ideas, insights and engage in enlightening discussions.

Also, witnessed presentations from district administration on best practices undertaken by them in different areas. During the Shibir, got the opportunity to launch. first-of-its-kind integrated mobile app SATHI, human resource management of Gujarat Government.

CM was delighted to present awards to Collectors & DDOs for their exemplary work.We will also institute awards for all class of employees upto class 4, giving them requisite training to improve their performances added CM.

Her valedictory address covered that included a presentation on way forwrd, urged my team to lay emphasis on simplification of process at every level.We will set up an effective mechanism for sharing & replicating best practices & success stories across all districts of Gujarat. Have asked my team to convert extracts of Chintan Shibir into time-bound action plan, will review its implementation every 3 months. With reaffirmed commitment & rejuvenated spirit,Team Gujarat will continue to work hard towards the vision of ‘Gatisheel Gujarat’ in its true sense.
