Today in Ahmedabad, Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben said that the state government will make the necessary arrangements for the surgery of the children’s with facial deformities from next academic year.
Chief Minister Mrs. Patel today laid foundation stone of various developmental work and also inaugurated development work worth Rs. 20 crore at Vanch village of Ahmedabad district. On the occasion Mrs. Patel dedicated Aanganwadi Kendra, Panchayat House and drinking water project to people of Vanch village.
Mrs. Patel laid foundation stone of various road projects from Vanch to Hathijan, Bibipura to Memadpura, Gatrad to Hathijan, Vanch to Gatrad, Vanch to Khant na Kuva, Vanch to Badodara and Bakrol to Bujrang. On this occasion a ‘Twin District Panchayat’ MOU between Ahmedabad and Sabarkantha Jilla Panchayat was signed and along with the inauguration of a Police Station at Vivekanandnagar, Gyansetu project by Ahmedabad Jilla Panchayat, unveiling of its documentary and brochure, Shaishavsetu project, Garbhsanskar project and its booklet, inauguration of 104 fever helpline and launching of the Gramsetu monthly magazine and Swasthyasetu booklet etc. also were performed as well.
Mrs. Patel expressed her commitment from the Government’s priority to provide at least a concrete road to each village of the state. She praised about the MOUs signed between two districts – two schools to provide equal facilities to the rural students as the urban schools. MOUs were signed between C. N. Vidyalay and Vanjhar Primary School, Diwan Ballubhai High School and Gheljipura Primary School and Hiramani High School and Lilapur Primary School under Gyansetu project for exchange of ideas between teachers, students and parents.
On this occasion MLAs Mr. Rakeshbhai Shah, Mr. Vallabhbhai Kakadiya, Mr. Laljibhai Mer, Former MLA Mr. Kamabhai Rathod, Jilla Panchayat President Mr. Sureshbhai Patel, Sabarkantha Jilla Panchayat President Ms. Shantaben Patel, Ahmedabad District Collector Mr. Rajkumar Beniwal, DDO Mrs. Bhargaviben Dave, Sabarkantha DDO Mr. Nagrajan, Municipal Commissioner Mr. D. Thara, Officers, Villagers and others were present.
