Today after getting re elected as National BJP President, Amit Shah visits Gujarat for the first time. Amit Shah is appointed for second time on the same post. National President of BJP Amit Shah is on Gujarat visit for 3 days starting from Saturday, February 27. This will be his first visit after reelected as party’s president for the term of 3 years. Grand welcome is given at the airport to Amit Shah. A large number of BJP leaders have reached Ahmedabad airport along with Gujarat CM Anandiben Patel to receive him.
Amit Shah arrived at 1 pm at Sardar Patel airport where party members extend him grand reception. Shah address a gathering of party workers at Airport. Shah will address later at Gujarat BJP headquarters Kamalam in Gandhinagar in the afternoon in felicitation function in which newly elected Gujarat BJP President Vijay Rupani will also be felicitated along with Amit Shah. Amit Shah will also attend ongoing budget session of Gujarat Assembly as Naranpura (Ahmedabad) MLA. A meeting of party MLAs is also planned today.
