For the fourth consecutive year though revised enhanced Jantri rates have been worked out by Mahanagar Palikas but with a fear of upcoming elections, govt does not afford to take any negative effect by implementing enhanced Jantri rates in Gujarat state. Surevy indicates even, 20 to 25 reduction in Jantri rates. Jantri rates are not implemented even when financial year has changed.
