Today in HIV infection to Thalassemic children of Junagadh of Gujarat, CBI court has granted more time of 30 days to CBI team. Now hearing the case will be held on April 16.
during hearing, CBI sought extra time from the court on reason that they could not locate mobile numbers of donars so investigation could not be conducted further. However, applicant’s lawyer paresh Vaghela objected to CBI’s argument. He further said that CBI is having lethargic approach in the case and doing time pass. Already twice they have sought extra time for investigation despite of order for extra probing in the case.
