Adalaj Pavillion, the signature all day diner restaurant at ITC Narmada will host a lavish brunch buffet specially curated by the culinary experts in ITC kitchens. Designed around the memories, flavours and traditions that bring generations together, the experience promises an afternoon of indulgence, nostalgia and togetherness.
The brunch menu draws inspiration from the foods that many fathers grew up loving. Guests can savour comforting classics such as kadi chawal with papadchuri and pakodi, rajma chawal served with papadchuri, and butter chicken paired with mini tawa parathas, all presented with rustic touches that evoke the warmth of home-cooked meals.
Adding a contemporary dimension to the celebration, the culinary team has also created a selection of modern favourites inspired by younger generations. From a desi take on wrinkle poutine to flavourful kebab burgers, the menu will demonstrate how family dining tables today bring together diverse tastes and traditions.
As a special gesture to mark the occasion, fathers dining with their families will enjoy a complimentary meal when accompanied by four or more guests.The Father’s Day Brunch is priced at INR 5,000 plus taxes for a family of three, with additional guests charged at INR 1,500 plus taxes per person, for a maximum of five guests. Guests can also avail of the same Father’s Day offer at Peshawri, ITC Narmada’s signature North-West Frontier cuisine restaurant.
