Jaldhara Water Park at Kankaria sealed by AMC on completion of lease
Today AMC Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation got possession of Jaldhara Water Park near Kankaria Lake.
South Zone Estate Team of AMC with a ruling from Gujarat High Court and Supreme Court in favor of AMC could get the possession of Water Park.
Gujarat High Court dismissed petition no SP CA no 20554/2017. Notice period to hand over possession of Jaldhara Water Park came to an end by 20th March 2018.
The lease of Jaldhara Water Park is over and the premises located on TP scheme no 04(Maninagar) on plot no 81/82 has been sealed.
