Today, former Tamil Nadu chief minister and AIADMK Chief, J Jayalalithaa is likely to move the Supreme Court, challenging Karnataka High Court`s order rejecting bail to her in the 18-year-old Rs 66 crore disproportionate assets case. It is also learnt that Renowned lawyer Ram Jethmalani is likely to lead a team of lawyers who will argue against the High Court order denying bail to Jayalalithaa.
