Tamil Nadu Chief Miniser J Jayalalithaa will not attend Narendra Modi’s swearing in ceremony. It is learnt from sources that Jayalalithaa is unhappy of Modi inviting Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapaksa, who has even confirmed his arrival. In this case, Jayalalithaa may nominate some party representative from AIADMK for the ceremony.
