Upcoming 2 day long Monsoon Session of Gujarat Assembly will be held on August 22 and 23 in Gandhinagar. The session is going to be very hectic and stormy. As ruling Gujarat government will table 3 bills including Gujarat Court Fees (Amendments) Bill, disqualifying of members changing parties (amendments) bill, Gujarat Professional Medical Educational Colleges or Institutions(Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fees). Gujarat Congress has plans to slam ruling government. They will hold Jan Akrosh Rally on August 23 in which demonstrations against government will be made, as per sources.
On first day of the session, tribute to Pramukh Swami Maharaj will be paid. Therefore, the session will meet just for one day only.
