Ahmedabad, April 29, 2026: CC Sheth College of Commerce, which is part of Navgujarat Group of Colleges in Ahmedabad, organised a farewell function on Friday to honour some 21 NCC cadets. These cadets successfully completed their third-year training, marking the culmination of the institution’s first NCC batch enrolled in 2023.
Colonel Anant Bhagwat, ADM Officer of 1 Gujarat Battalion NCC, Ahmedabad remained present as the Chief Guest of the occasion. Principal Dr Dharmendra Mistry, Associate NCC Officer Lt Dr Jagatrao Dhangar, faculty members and around 90 NCC cadets participated in the event.
As part of the event, third-year cadets were felicitated with appreciation letters and reflections on their NCC journey, expressing gratitude towards the unit and mentors.
A promotion ceremony for junior cadets was also carried out during the event.
In his address, Colonel Bhagwat urged students to uphold discipline, self-confidence and dedication in their professional paths.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Lt Dr Jagatrao Dhangar.
