North Gujarat may witness heavy rain showers during Aug 14 and 15 , as forecasted by MeT department predicts.

Three gates of Kadana dam were opened  and water was released in Mahisagar. 27,000 cusec water has been released in Mahisagar river. State administration has alerted people staying near river bank and requested them to shift to safer places.
