It is learnt that due to ongoing mega business event of Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2017 in Gandhinagar entire machinery of the state administration is stalled at the business summit with lot of VVIPs from foreign countries including PM, President, Vice President, Governor, ministers, high commissioners team of doctors and nurses have been deployed. Due to deployment of medical team at Vibrant Gujarat many operations in Gandhinagar Civil hospital have been cancelled. However, hospital management claims everthing to be normal.
As per sources, To cater to VVIPs at Vibrant Gujarat, 7 medical teams of 1 medical officer, 1 nurse and an attendant were formed equipped with 5 ICCU On Wheels were stationed at Gandhinagar. 2 medical teams have been deployed at exhibition area. Parking facility has been made at sector 6,11,15 and 22. Medical teams are available since mornnig 8 am till the end of programme. Also, 3 wards with 30 beds have been kept reserved with doctors from districts and forces of para medical have been deployed at Gandhinagar.
