Today, Pateti, Parsi New Year being celebrated in India and other countries. Pateti signifies that, its time to forget and forgive wrong and sins of previous year and start a new year of love and peace. Pateti or Navroz is the first day of the starting month of all the Zoroastrian.
Parsis specially prepare some traditional dishes every year this day. Popular Parsi dishes are Ravo, Sev,Paatra ni machi,Special Pulav,Chicken farcha,Sali chicken,Falooda.
