For past few days there is a presing demand by Patidars for oBC quota in Gujarat. Rallies are taken out at different places. Maha rally in Ahmedabad has been announced by Patidars on 25 August. 30 lakh Patidars are expected to join the rally. 3500 food packets of Mohan Thal , Fulwad are being prepared. 60,000 volunteers will join the rally. It will start at 8 am after Sabha from GMDC ground. Route of rally in Ahmedabad will start from Vallabh Sadanm Riverfront followed by Income Tax Circle, Ahsram Road, Stadium Circle, Usmanpura Circle, Sardar Patel Statue to Collector Office. Nearly 100 plot/halls have been booked in Ahmedabad.
Arrangements of stay and food are made at Ring Road and Chandkheda. Food packets are prepared at Shiv Shakti Farm at Koba Cricle. Special T-Shirt and caps have been printed.
Recently, as a preparation of stocking food for rally participants was being prepared on large scale consisting of Puri and Fulwadi.
